Shipping Information

At True Blue Marine, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Fulfilment Strategy

Some items may be fulfilled:

  • Directly from our supplier (dropshipping model), or
  • From our limited in-house stock, depending on product availability.

Packaging may include factory-standard packaging if custom-branded options are not yet available. Regardless of origin, all products are quality-checked before dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item has a fault or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Consumer Guarantees

You are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Has a major failure (e.g. unsafe, significantly different from the description, or unfit for purpose).
  • Has a minor fault, in which case we must fix it within a reasonable time. If not, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

We do not limit or exclude any rights you have under the ACL.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless explicitly stated. If we do accept a return, the item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days
  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

All such discretionary returns may incur restocking or shipping fees.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, you will generally be responsible for return postage, unless otherwise agreed.

Please keep receipts or tracking details if you are eligible for return shipping reimbursement.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
We’ll assess your claim and advise on the next steps.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or resolution (e.g., refund or replacement).

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
